She conducts literature reviews on critical topics, including criminal justice, labor market outcomes, housing, and record sealing policies, using data to fuel advocacy efforts and support the organization’s campaigns. Liz Johnson is a Data Scientist at The Clean Slate Initiative (CSI). As a member of the Research and Data team, Liz is responsible for applying her knowledge of statistics and computer programming to support CSI’s overarching policy strategy and research agenda, measure and validate the impact of Clean Slate policy, provide data-driven recommendations, and more.
